We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the BoostifySEO plugin on the number of WordPress sites your purchase permits.
The PHP code and integrated HTML of the plugin are licensed under the GNU General Public License, while the CSS, JavaScript, images and other assets are licensed according to your purchased plan.
Your license permits use on production and staging sites up to your licensed site limit.
3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may not transfer license keys to third parties, marketplaces or client resale packages.

Using a single license on multiple websites beyond the permitted site limit is not allowed.
4. License Activation and Verification
Premium features and updates may require a valid license key.
We may perform remote checks to validate license status, including whether the license is active, expired or has exceeded the site limit.
You are responsible for managing activations within your allowance.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content, configuration and operation of your websites using the plugin.

You must maintain backups and test updates in your environment before deploying them.
6. Support and Updates
While your license is active, we provide product updates and standard support according to your plan.
After the first year, updates and support require license renewal; if you choose not to renew, you may continue to use the installed version but will not receive new features or support.
Expired licenses may continue to use the installed version but will not receive updates or support until renewed.
We may change or remove features based on technical evolution, server requirements or security considerations; we will attempt to notify customers in advance of significant changes.
7. Payment and Orders
All fees for the plugin and any associated services are due at the time of order.
Because our product is a digital download, sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products or services at any time; we will attempt to notify customers in advance of significant changes.
8. Performance and Results
The BoostifySEO plugin provides tools for keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO and analytics, but we do not guarantee improved search engine rankings or traffic.
Your results may vary depending on your content, competition and implementation, and you accept full responsibility for any outcomes.
9. Term and Termination
The license remains effective while your subscription or term is active.
We may suspend or terminate your license for material breaches such as unauthorized distribution or key sharing.
Upon termination you must stop using premium features and remove license keys.
After termination, continued use of any free version is subject to its own terms.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the plugin to violate rights, laws or service terms, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content in the BoostifySEO plugin, including imagery, code and documentation, is our property.
You may not copy or exploit our content for commercial or non‑commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
