BoostifySEO Installation Guide
Step-by-step instructions to install and activate your BoostifySEO plugin
Download the Plugin
If you haven't downloaded the plugin yet:
- Access your Customer Dashboard
- Enter your license key and email address
- Click the "Download Plugin (.zip)" button
- Save the file to your computer
The plugin will be downloaded as a .zip file named boostifyseo-plugin-[license].zip
Install the Plugin
Method 1: Through WordPress Admin (Recommended)
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New
- Click the "Upload Plugin" button at the top
- Click "Choose File" and select your downloaded .zip file
- Click "Install Now"
- Wait for the installation to complete
Method 2: FTP Upload (Advanced)
- Extract the .zip file on your computer
- Upload the extracted "BoostifySEO" folder to
/wp-content/plugins/ - Go to your WordPress admin and navigate to Plugins
- Find "BoostifySEO" in the list and click "Activate"
Activate the Plugin
After installation, you'll see a success message. Click the "Activate Plugin" button to enable BoostifySEO.
✓ Success! Once activated, you'll see "BoostifySEO" appear in your WordPress admin menu.
Enter Your License Key
To unlock all premium features, you need to activate your license:
- Go to BoostifySEO → License Manager in your WordPress admin
- Enter your license key in the "License Key" field
- Enter your website URL
- Click "Activate License"
📝 Your License Key: You can find your license key in the order confirmation email or your customer dashboard.
Initial Configuration
After license activation, configure your basic SEO settings:

Configure site title, tagline, and basic meta settings
🗺️ Sitemaps
Enable XML sitemaps for better search engine crawling
📍 Local SEO
Set up business information for local search
📊 Analytics
Connect Google Analytics and Search Console
🔧 Troubleshooting
Plugin Installation Failed
If you see an error during installation:
- Check that your server has enough disk space
- Verify file permissions on wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Try the FTP upload method instead
- Contact your hosting provider if issues persist
License Activation Issues
If license activation fails:
- Double-check your license key for typos
- Ensure your website URL is correct
- Verify your plan supports the current domain
- Check if the license is already used on another site
Plugin Conflicts
If BoostifySEO conflicts with other plugins:
- Deactivate other SEO plugins temporarily
- Check for JavaScript errors in browser console
- Test with a default WordPress theme
- Enable WordPress debug mode to identify issues
